Update feb 7 2020 vicky at kootek reached out to me and offered a replacement or refund i chose to have it replaced because my son likes the case so much

The clasp inside that holds the flap to hold the switch in is on its last legs the carry handle came off on one end dont recommend carrying it by that and the zipper came off was able to reattach but will be a continuing issue if cant solve
