Cons

The vga input is loose and there are no screw holes to make it any tighter. When i move the desk up, the vga wire falls out of the dock. Even when i do not move the desktop, the monitor screen starts to flutter.

It seems like this is an amateur product malfunction. Too bad otherwise attractive & inexpensive.
