Pros
This is very good too. Good chewy texture. The flavor and texture make this a great buy. Definitely buying more.
Cons
The texture is rubbery and didn't have a flavor. As it is packaged in opaque plastic,the mold is not noticable until opened.

One bag is too much for one person so check the recipes or use partial bags but reseal for freshness

Seems expensive but it becomes quickly justified since it or japanese mochi is such a sticky gummy pain in the ass to make from scratch even if the ingredients are inexpensive
