The lamps were packaged well but both shades had punctures in them which suggests it happened before they went into the boxes at the factory

Otherwise great lamp and great lampshade too perfect size very modern style love these lamps

As an fyi the exterior of the lamp socket and the lampshade arms are brass which is nice since satin nickel is apparently sooooo yesterday now
