Pros & Cons
Pros
Can be a bit fiddly for single-person application (2nd person better) they are easy to apply, although it's worth reading the instructions. Great adhesion even in the heat.
That includes showering twice a day.
Cons
The first time i had a bath, the plaster and cover fell off, closely followed by the sensor! The plastic cover is good but the cover is just like a thin plaster!

Thanks for sending the new white plastic hard cover along with the old transparent plastic version with the arrow.
Packaging/appearance
Will buy again when needed as plenty in the pack.
I had problems keeping my sensor in place for the full 14 days and this product solves the problem completely.

While i’ve always found the plasters excellent the old version hard cover used to dig into my skin and leave quite nasty sores so i’d stopped using it

These are some what good the new updated cover is amazingputting the plaster on its self can be finicky at times but more you do it the better you will be they are sticky but i wish it was alot more sticky personal preference this wouldnt be an issue if freestyle libya didnt lower the quality of the sensors because before they was on nhs they never come off you literally had to rip them off at the end of the 14 days and you got all the cleaning equipment with them to make sure the place you are putting the patch is spotless since being put on nhs they have taken all that out and the quality of the patch itself is ridiculous now you can just sneeze and it will fall off 🤦 ive never had one last more then 7 days since been put on nhshopefully these will help i will update at a later date if they work or not

Before i discovered these sensor protectors my sensor would get caught on clothing or a towel after a shower so rarely stayed on for the full 14 days

I find that sometimes while in bed if i lie on the arm with the sensor the protector will come away on one edge and start to curl

I replace it with a fresh one as its only a matter of time before the sticky protector pad peels away revealing the sensor
