Faucet now works like it did when i first installed it. Needed to replace our kitchen faucet. Purchased 1 month ago.

Cons

It has a yellowish tint that reminds me of brushed nickel. Started filling it up, but ran out of soap in my refill bottle. Purchased a kraus from another retailer (sorry amazon).

The button that lets you switch between stream/spray barely holds on the spray. If we switch it to spray mode, it does not stay in spray mode (we have to hold it down). Even after adjusting the button stays in the middle causing low water flow.

Great price excellent product great customer service.

It looks fantastic and higher end than its price tag would suggest.

For the price again, i do believe it should’ve had metal braided supply lines.

For the price i sure do hope it does have a ceramic valve.

Shipping

Faucet was exactly as described and arrived timely.

After receiving my email back they had a new sprayhead shipped within 24 hours.

Called customer support and they sent me an email to get some of my information.

Packaging/appearance

Faucet is nice looking and packaged well.

It looks so nice on my farmhouse sink.

Came with a base plate if you need one (i didn't use it).

Competitiveness

I was nervous because i am not familiar with the kraus brand, but i can say that this faucet is superior to the delta we had!

This kraus faucet has more flow volume plus has a more user friendly and smoother mobility of the spray nozzle compared to the kohler.

This thing looks and feels like the brands that cost twice as much.

Just wish it came in a different format to match my more industrial faucet by the same brand.
