Unless the drain area of the counter is recessedcountersunk to allow the drain pipe and nut and washers to drop below the surface of the countertop you have to install those selfadhesive rubber bumpers between the space of the countertop and the underside of the sink in the area near the center drain

I was kinda disappointed that it was completely blue thought it was suppose to be gold tinged below
