The 16 gauge material is really nice. The hardware that this comes with is classy itself and adds a bit of style to what is typically a standard commodity. A consumer-oriented company and a consumer- oriented product.

Cleaning isn't too bad, but remember to scrub around the rubber feet and side bumpers. It has a cool texture to it. And because it is scratch resistant, it is an absolute plus!

It is deep enough to bathe small dogs and children! The size of the sink is great. I have a granite countertop that i was trying to match the cut out with and it fit pretty close to the original sink.

The protective textured coating has the apperance of a matte finish. Love how the sink is just a little deeper than a normal sink. The rounded corners and the protective coating on the sink make it a breeze to clean.

Then, before it arrived, i noticed that it was listed as used, good condition.

Packaging/appearance

The kraus sink was very well packed by the manufacturer, there were no bent corners at all.

The house came with the crappy 2 basin chrome sink that got easily scratched and was a hassle for doing dishes.

The contractor was impressed with the packaging and installation (though it didn't come with enough literature).

We were very skeptical at this point… but when it arrived, we took it out of the box and truly could not tell that it wasn’t new!
