Pros

It cleans and shines up well and low divider makes cleanup of large pans and items after holiday meals and canning very manageable. This one is 8. Inches wide and well insulated.

Cons

Coffee and food get rinsed off immediately. Anything left for more than a few moments leaves a stain that soap alone will not remove. Stains easily too.

The horrible sound comes anytime water is running from the small bowel into the pipes. Needless to say the kraus was returned.

The template is wayyyy off, so it would have been useless to our countertop fabricator. The instructions are too generic as well, and don't provide guidance for the specific fastener type included.

Everything sticks to it, discoloring it, and scratches it. It scratches easily and the scratches can not be removed. I have the protective grate in the bottom but still, the scratches seem unavoidable.

The 16 g is very durable, the undermount in our granite countertop is beautiful, and the lower divider works well for our use.

The rounded edge cut into the corners of our quartz made the notion of going for anything with sharp, modern, 90 degree edges not possible.

We had our house built new and for whatever reason the builder had the stone countertop cut to to fit a really obscure sink size.

Price

All this was at a great price point.

Exactly what i was looking for at the best price

Our granite fabricators wanted $500 for the same sink that we paid $230 for.

I am so impressed for the money.

Shipping

Within 2 days the matter was settled and the replacement part shipped.

(we had it shipped directly to our granite countertop fabricator at his request so the undermount opening is precise.

Packaging/appearance

Sink is packaged well, and even comes in a cloth bag!

Best packaging i have seen in all my years.

16 guage & packaged like a treasured heirloom.

(also, their packaging of the sink was lovely.

Competitiveness

This is a good quality sink and so much better than what is offered at the big box stores.
