Pros

It is cleaned daily and weekly with stainless steel cleaner. There is a scrubbing solution for stainless sinks that can be applied, rubbed in, and wiped off.

Cons

Customer service and warranty policy is absolutely atrocious. Epically terrible. They will not refund the money, they have no other solutions. Now need to reorder.

Sink looks nice, but doesn't function as expected at this price range. I absolutely love the look the sink gives my "farmhouse" kitchen, but the quality is awful. Did not fit my 36 inch standard cabinet. A10 deep sink should not be delivered @10-1/4.

In less than 2 years i have multiple hairline cracks at the bottom of the sink. We do use the sink grates that came with it, so nothing (dishes/silverware) makes contact with the stainless. Find another stainless steel sink.

I say scratch because unless you get up close that is what it looks like. It stains very easily. And as soon as i remove the rust stains with the preferred product, they reappear.
