Pros

This is an awesome faucet. It’s a breeze to install and is well built. This new purchase is well worth the investment.

Faucet is the first thing guests remark about when they see my recently remodeled kitchen. I get compliments from everyone that comes into my kitchen. It is 33 wide and has a deck that you mount the faucet on.

The only complaint is that there's no option to allow the sprayer to remain on without holding the admittedly very convenient and ergonomic button.

Cons

Disappointing for a pretty expensive piece from a reputable brand. It feels heavy duty enough, but for functionality, it's a failure. Horribly poor quality.

There is not an option to “lock’ the spray nozzle in place so you have to manually hold it to use it. It is very tall and the handheld sprayer does not stretch low enough to get even close to the top of the sink. The sprayer itself is not lifetime.

This faucet is really beautiful and made of sturdy materials, but it is not functional at all. It looks and feels like the faucets will break in half if not handled delicately. The bronze color started coming off after less than two years.

The water flow is nearly non-existent. This requires extra time rinsing and wasting water. When i turn on the water and have to rinse, since the spout is shorter, the water runs behind.

This is a bad qc issue on the materials used.

Price

It was only $360 from the factory.

New o-rings were cheap but it cost me an hour of my plumbers time changing the install and waiting for me to run out and buy new o-rings.

This sink is a dual mount, so when we can afford granit countertops we can under-mount it.

Shipping

My original one started having a diverter problem and customer service sent me a new one free of charge (4 years after purchase).
