Pros

This is an awesome faucet. It’s a breeze to install and is well built. This new purchase is well worth the investment.

Faucet is the first thing guests remark about when they see my recently remodeled kitchen. I get compliments from everyone that comes into my kitchen. It is 33 wide and has a deck that you mount the faucet on.

The only complaint is that there's no option to allow the sprayer to remain on without holding the admittedly very convenient and ergonomic button.

Cons

There is not an option to “lock’ the spray nozzle in place so you have to manually hold it to use it, making it really inconvenient. The finish is only covered for the main faucet and not the sprayer. It sprays all over kitchen and can't be repaired. ... Read More

Handheld sprayer does not stretch low enough to get even close to the top of the sink. Lower faucet is so low that it is difficult to wash dishes with it. Pulling on the top hose puts strain on the main vertical post.

Avoid this faucet, it’s an absolute nightmare. Completely unacceptable.

This is a bad qc issue on the materials used.

Price

It was only $360 from the factory.

New o-rings were cheap but it cost me an hour of my plumbers time changing the install and waiting for me to run out and buy new o-rings.

This sink is a dual mount, so when we can afford granit countertops we can under-mount it.

Shipping

My original one started having a diverter problem and customer service sent me a new one free of charge (4 years after purchase).
