Pros

Solid craftmanship is something hard to find today. It was packaged very well. Kraus seems to be a real company with customer service and parts availability.

Faucet is industrial chic and has great support behind it.

Kraus faucet has a brass mounting nut that can be tightened with a screwdriver. Used a delta victorian stabilization plate underneath. The deck plate on the sink is the kraus plate.

Cons

Overall it's not a bad faucet, but i was rather disappointed and underwhelmed. This brand is to not be trusted.

Kraus warrant is better than this seller that ghosted me. New batteries, same issue. Unfortunately it is to late to return it.
