I saw some reviews complaining about the extension hose and while id agree a better outer jacket makes sense there is nothing wrong with the one supplied

Make sure you handle it gently during install install the small gasket dont over tighten and set the weight correctly

We really like this tap but dont follow the instructions and install with the lever on the right the hot water should never turn on by pulling towards you

If you install with the lever on the right and your child reaches and activates the lever chances are theyll be burned

I removed the sprayer cleaned it out and we still had low pressure

Turns out one of the seals connecting the hose to the main water line had bent inside and was impeding water to flow freely
