Pros

The power spray setting is much better than the our old model moen. Only thing i would change is how the toggle function works to change it to spray. The sprayer comes out a good distance and go right back with no effort.

The quality of craftsmanship of the kraus kitchen faucet overall is very high. The hose is long enough to make rinsing out our large farmhouse sink easy. It is sturdy and the pull down spout reaches all parts of out sink.

Diyer can do this. Has simple futures. Works like a dream. Like this a lot. Just love it. Glad with my choice.

The hose retracts nicely. This makes it easier to organize the space when space is limited - i am a full-time rver. The on-off handle works very smoothly.

Cons

It's not a standard part. They do nothing to help the extra cost i now have to incur to get the contractor send someone to put it in again. Disappointing to need to replace parts already.

The faucet has been leaking for the past 2 weeks from the main spout. The manufacturer warranty states that the finish has a lifetime warranty. It has some kind of lifetime warranty, but not worth the hassle.

Single handle faucets are full of tiny plastic parts that sooner or later will build up with calcium/mineral deposits. If we need to hire a plumber, it will cost us twice what the actual fixture did. Had better luck with a cheaper home depot faucet.

Amazon open box items has missing parts.

I abdolutely love this kitchen faucet, however when i opened the box, the ss nozzle was scratched and i was very dissappointed.
