Pros

We are very happy with kraus. This faucet is elegant, works beautifully, and is much easier to install than any other type i've encountered. The finish is chrome and i wish they had a polished steel finish, but no big deal.

The stream and spray head work effortlessly, the hose pulls out and returns to its station without trouble. Love the locking spray head. Sprayer attachment has just the right strength to it.

Kraus is a new company, in a crowded, well-established market. This requires experience and problem-solving abilities. The seller has very kindly and promptly responded and offered to replace the product.
