I will also add that the company did well in packaging to reduce carbon emissions and waste.
They provide immediate comfort without stiffness, use eco-friendly packaging, and are true to size.
Competitiveness
It was so good that it was better than any other shoe i've owned.
The reason is the size numbering (british/us) are the same but the sizes are different (british are larger).

One thing i did notice is these shoes were not stiff feeling even on the first try on

They instead had a lot of flexibility beyond the heel to the toe of shoe so you felt like you had good control over your heel to toe movements

Also there is good arch support with a raised ridge inside the shoe
