Pros

Some others want you to use a mop & scrub, but this. Is fantastic. The cleanest is after applying, hand scrubbing, and then spraying it off.

Cons

One can is about $5-$6 and some microfiber cloth’s. Still left black streaks. Only one way to clean outside gutters with a ladder, rags, elbow grease and something like simply green.

This product is not up to par. Dispenser is terrible, no trigger, no control. I hate to leave bad reviews, but this was so disappointing.

This is not safe. Buyer beware. Save your money. This is a waste of time and money.
