It is not caustic. Either a lot of these reviews are shills, i got a duff bottle of cleaner or this is just over hyped, under performing garbage.

This is the best product i have ever used to cut grease and grime.

I purchased this a few years back for tough fabric stains, sticky gum removal, label removers & more.

Directions on the back of the bottle are completely illegible.

I have bought so many different grease cutting products that were supposed to instantly cut grease and grime.

Price

Great product at a great price !

Size and was charged as much as the gallon price.

Packaging/appearance

I had a pillow case & duvet cover with set in chewing gum stains.

But it was the only thing that cleaned my yellowed, gross looking 'white' refrigerator.

Competitiveness

Best on the market as far as i'm concerned.

It may be necessary to spray and let it soak in on heavy deposits, but i tried several brands and that's the case with all of them.
