I have had it for less than six months i think it was on sale at a local megamart so i got it there so i cant speak to longterm durability but if i could it probably would have moved on to the next model by then anyway

My complaints are that this machine is very loud when brewing the water perking up through the machine makes a lot of noise

Also the alert chime is loud i would like to be able to disable thew chime but apparently that isnt available

I like the large opening for the water reservoir and the builtin filter that can also be exchanged for a paper filter
