Features are easy to deal with, nicely laid out. I like that feature because it allows me to do things in another room and still know when the cycle is done.

The thermal carafe doesn't actually keep the coffee hot. The carafe is big and unwieldy. I still make a mess and the carafe pours very slowly.

Hot water or coffee fills up the lid and then drains into the cup. Overflowing every morning, have to move refrigerator out if it’s space to clean up coffee spilled all down side of counter.

Call me old-fashioned but my mr. Krups is huge and bulky so difficult to use. On a standard height counter, it is awkward to use because of its height.

It actually says in the instructions to remove the carafe after brewing. Once the coffee is done brewing the machine turns off. The only option you have is brew.

Krups website is under maintenance and no help. Quality is now a myth. Krups won’t return emails & phone lines are closed.
