There were a few bikes i ordered for my bike that i couldnt get in satin carbon including some small pieces like the heel guards

I used this after lightly and uniformly roughing up the matte pieces with some 0000 steel wool and they now look just like the satin pieces

It worked well on all my tests i did before actually trying it out on my project but sadly it did not work well ontop of the white krylon spray paint that i had used as a base coat

I let the white base dry completely and then gave it an extra 48 hours ontop of the drying time on the package before using this clear spray because i had read a ton of things about it wrinkling whatever paint is underneath it so i wanted to make sure the base was dry and do whatever i could to keep it from wrinkling
