Pros

The blades need to be re-sharpened, but considering how tough ebony is, that's to be expected. I have my own hollow grinder to sharpen them so the long blades are a must. The blade length is appropriate and has a nice balance.

These chisels are heavy and stout. Protective tips are a bonus. My only wish is they came in an inexpensive roll-up pouch.

Cons

The tips break really easily. The edges are not even straight. Totally useless. You can't even use the tip to cut an edge.
