Pros

It's ideal for various cheerleading activities, from stunts to tumbling. Works for athletic taping and covering blisters/hotspots. I use this to tape my mouth shut at night when i sleep- it helps me sleep better and stops all snoring.

It's stretchy, durable, and doesn't hurt to peel off in the morning. Lasts through sweating and showering. The pain relieving effects can be felt immediately.

Cons

The tape adhesive is weak and because it is not water resistant, easily peels off from the base of my thumb through forearm. The material is thin and flimsy.

No lotion. Kept peeling off. And rubbed isopropyl alcohol on the site before sticking the tapes.

Do not buy. It’s bad, unreliable. Probably my fault for buying a cheaper tape. I suppose i'll save this role and use as * tape as another user did.

I little over hyped and priced for a roll of stretchy cloth tape.

Package came a little squished but product is as expected

I miss the cute little plastic box the old roll came in but it’s still a good product

We've tried a few different brands, but keep coming back to kt.

Won't try another knock off brand again.

I have tried the aftermarket brand and it doesn’t work as well.

I prefer this brand over others due to it workability and durability for strapping extremities.
