Pros

These are fantastic! Love them. Will recommend & buy again. They are awesome.

I use them when my knee is bothering me. These provide support without damaging my tissues. I wear the lighter black pro strips also when i run out of the straight ones of these and they are good too!

Cons

The adhesive irritates the skin. If you don't sweat, maybe this is for you. Did not like it nor recommend to any one.

These stripes barely adhere for 1 day use. Not very adhesive. Quality of the adhesive on these strips is just inconsistent.

If you have knee stability problems i highly recommend these with the other tape byhttps://smile.

However, i found the kt flex tape came out and i am overjoyed with the very light support and compression it provides.
