Cons
The tape is very thin and sheer. Fall off straight away. It peels off immediately. Poor experience with this product, badly designed.

During a month of very slow healing i used other brands such as compeed which cost a fortune and didnt necessarily do both jobs as they claim they were more reliable for healing not cushioning new footwear
