Pros

Kt tape is the best brand of kinesio tape i've ever used, and that covers all of their biggest competitors. The uncut version is especially helpful because it allows my physical therapist to fit the exact size piece.

Cons

This product seems to jump off of the skin as soon as activity begins. Do not feel relief if he feels nothing like other such taping for example the kinesio tex gold does work.

I have used it twice so far for shin splints and the sticky lasted well over two hours.
