Pros

Excellent video on instructions and uses on line. Kt tape people have a number of videos on line that are very helpful in choosing how to apply the tape. Since that adjustment was made, it works perfectly.

The tape provides support and is not bulky under clothing and shoes. They’re sturdy enough to be tossed in my bag, dragged around, and exposed to temperature swings in the car without issue.

Cons

Kt tape pre-cut strips are cute, but essentially worthless. These are not up to par anymore and i won’t be purchasing.

The corners start peeling off right after applying and by the end of the run, it is off. They don't stick, they curl and will start to peel off during my round of golf.
