Kt tape has a very strong glue backing that stays on for at least 3 days. I like how well it sticks. I think theis tape seems stronger than generic.

Amp; precut means you have waste. When it sticks it's great. But half the time it just comes right off. Starts to come of and fray at the ends after only a couple times in the pool.
