Pros
Knee, hips, inner thigh, ankles and hamstrings all benefit from this tape. It's super flexible which i need as it's for my thumbs towards my elbows.
Cons
Adhesive seems good at first until you start doing whatever exercises your doing then peels. Terrible adhesive compared to the cheaper version.

It comes with a little container that is brilliant for transport.
This product did not come on a roll as i have had before, but in a pack of strips.

Weirdly i always keep buying the purple pre cut ones

When i’m dealing with my knee i cut them into two and round off the edges with a sharp pair of scissors

Adhesive its not the most sticky but it leaves no residue like the others
