Best tape i have tried for mcl injury
Kt tape was easy to apply, great video's on different injury types.
Pat dry and even wipe with rubbing alcohol before using.
Works pretty good but wears out as you go along but does release tention
Price
Great but expensive and hockey tape works as well and is less expensive
It is very expensive though, so i will have to be careful about when i use this one versus the cheaper but inferior ones.
Competitiveness
I have been through probably a dozen brands of k tape, and this is the best one since roo tape which went out of business.
I usual compare with the local stores here and then order when it’s cheaper off of amazon.
