Pros
It really helps alleviate the pain and numbness, and my hands seem to work a little better. I have plantar faciitis and am a runner. Nowadays i only wear it when my knee feels weak, but i'm really thankful i could find the pre-cut kind online.
Follow the instructions provided; apply the tape as suggested and don't rip it off of your skin. Adhesion is really good even after a few days.
Cons
This one is not worth the exorbitant price, unfortunately. It falls off. Wasn't strong enough to help with my hyperextending knee.

Highly recommended and the price is the cheapest you will find.
The cost is worth it, it will allow you to still use your muscle, therefore helping it along to strengthen as it heals.

I used an off brand k tape before but the adhesive made my skin break out in blisters this kt tape does not do that

No other sports tape lives up tho this pro line of kt tape anything else hurts and does not support like this product that allows movement and still supports well during healing
