These pre-cut tapes were outstanding, and my swelling and bruising went down almost immediately.
Excellent and so much easier to use than the kinesiology tape.

The value wasn't where i thought it would be.
It'd rather spend the extra money for the effectiveness of the kt tape.
They aren’t particularly cheap, but for the intended purpose they work as well as any of the other “tapes” out there.
Packaging/appearance
There was only 4 patches in the box instead of the 6 that was advertised.
Not enough in the pack to be ok getting one all stuck to itself.
The only complaint we have is that there arent more in a package!
2 to a pack is kinda lame, but they do help when my muscle aches are really bad.
Competitiveness
Kt tape is by far the greater tape out of all manufacturers.
I've tried them all, other brands don't have the same effect, nor do they stay on the skin for long.
I have not tried the other generic products on the market but have yet to be disappointed by the kt tape brand.
