Pros

Kt tape is great for knee, shoulder and ankle support. Perfect for tennis, golf, pickleball post rotator cuff surgery. Works so much better than a brace ever did.

Adheres well and lasts 4+ days. Waterproof and stick really well. Corners did peel up a little under clothing.

Loved the precut piece. This is good. This tape is amazing. It is perfect. I loved it.

Cons

Stick with the name brand on this one - not this imported copycat. Comes off in the pool and that was my reason for buying the flesh color.
