Pros: the company instantly reached out to me and offered (and gave) me a full refund when they found out my monitor had burned.
Packaging/appearance
No dead pixels from what i can see and the monitor was safely packaged.
Competitiveness
I can compare the ktc h27e22 with my dell u2415 and sceptre c275w-1920rn.
I was hesitant because the name was unknown to me, but i am not hesitant to say that this is one of the better budget options out there!
Even used monitors failed to compete with this!
I couldn't find anything new (even around christmas) priced lower than $230 with these same (or better) specs.

I have this issue with it where when my computer is waking up it takes about 5 seconds for the monitor and my computer screen to wake up

I know its this monitors fault because when i bought the 27 inch version from ktc it didnt have that problem

Also it doesnt dim as much as i would like it to so i have to reduce the black point setting which makes dim areas just plain black
