It tastes like a weak chicory coffee, which i like. If you leave this in water for a minute it will readily dissolve, no clumps. It seems to be working although it has not gotten rid of the ibs completely.

Not sure if its the effect of the kudzu itself or if its just a redirector when you might have a craving

But i havent seen the same result with a regular glass of tea or with a mocktail and i like the flavor so i will continue to purchase it
