They give a brief example but it wasnt super helpful for someone like me that is inexperienced with operating a bench power supply

There should be an indicator on or near the adjustment knobs that indicate the minimum maximum and middle position of the dial

Can be difficult to tell how much ive turned it especially if i walk away for a while and would like to quickly resume at the knob adjustments i had previously set before powering off
