I got them because the silicon material is easy to clean and stretchy and due to having to wear a mask every day at work the tops of my ears wear the mask straps sit has become very sore and almost blistered these help to make my mask fit snugly on my face which i like but doesnt help to hold it up i stead of my ears

One style has thinner round elastic loops the other has ear loops made from the mask fabric that fit close around the ears

As for the second mask the loops are not stretchy enough to reach very far around my head and the fabric loop is too thick for the knobs
