Pros
While i did need a docking stations to make it all work with the laptops, it all works well. You can use a docking station to connect to your laptop.
Cons
It is not compatible with all converter cables. This is glitchy with a dell laptop docking station. I have to unplug my docking station everyday in order for my monitors to recognize.

For what i need though it is good, if not a bit pricey.
My previous switcher was very unreliable but this one is right on the money.
