In my experience with other kvms similiarly if they use standard hdmi cables you would likely need to provide your own

Many have combo hdmiusb cables though and those would be provided

This isnt a major concern as it doesnt affect usability and ive seen this many times before but im not sure of the philosophy behind slightly exposed connectors

One thing that i dindt like was that i first hooked up just 1 laptop

The switch would not allow the laptop to be displayed or even show a status light for which device was active
