Comes in good packaging, easy to read instructions, i love the gloss black finish and it seems to be better than some other vaccucms
Make sure you clear away any trailing cables before setting the robovac loose.
I was always put off by price v's performance until i came across the kyvol.

Once you are happy with the result you click on the charge icon from anywhere and then the e20 automatically finds its way back to the home base and starts charging again

Cables 3 its very reliableit has not failed us once 4 its super easy to clean 5 it charges quickly and each charge lasts forever 120 minutes of cleaning or so and 6 its excellent for people like me with dust mite allergies unlike traditional vacuum cleaners the e20 does not swirl up any dust particles into the air
