Lysine is best taken on an empty stomach therefore i take mine first thing in the morning and before my evening meal although the directions on the bottle do not state this

Ive had a cold for months now so when i was offered these for review about a month ago i jumped at the chance to try to test if it could keep cold sores away as with such a long cold it was bound to emerge

Purely based on the picture of the front you could be forgiven for thinking youre getting 180 x 2000mg but it does say 90 x 2000mg servings

Taking daily but pretty useless so know i’ll probably miss 23 per week so time will tell
