Pros

Screen is a bit dull without the backlight but readable and not garish. I keep it plugged in so that it's illuminated all the time. The display is continuously bright, large and easy to distinguish and read.

Meters and multiple brick walls between units. Works great for my rv.

Time, outdoor temp, indoor temp, and date/day. Also has a humidity gauge and a calendar. Matches accurately to old 2 mercury style thermometers.

Seems to be accurate in terms of temp/humidity measurement and the remote outdoor sensor has good range.

This lacrosse unit replaces a 7 year old firstalert atomic clock/indoor-outdoor weather unit after its led and buttons started failing.

I bought a used product and there appears to be a software glitch as it only displays three calendar months during setup.

For the price, it has been very useful for us.

There was really expensive weather station (like 100 dollars) i considered but did not try out.

But i've got the time and indoor and outdoor temps which is what i really needed.

Competitiveness

So in pursuit of a replacement, i did my homework, bought several different models and brands, and this one is the winner for me.

Having said that, the outdoor sensor is the same one used in other cheaper models.
