Pros

Extremely accurate temp. There's one outdoor sensor, which is plenty for my needs.

This is customary for any unit i’ve had in the past. The backlight is bright, and large colorful display is easy to read. Love the big print and color.

Ac powered with a wall wart. Has a battery backup for the unit on the desk.

Cons

Rebooting, re-pairing and several new batteries did not improve the workability. It is misleading for them to state that it can run on batteries. The 3aaa batteries are back up only.

Shows rain or clouds when it's sunny, partly cloudy when it’s actuallyraining. Indoor sensor temperature is terrible.

Hmmm no. Not so. Will look elsewhere. Very disappointed.

This has possibly the worst lcd display i have seen in years. I also dislike that it adds to the light-polution in the room. This one depends on the backlight to be readable.

Amazon has both brands, but the atomic feature of the lacrosse is out front in my view.

I had a similar accurite weather machine before this one that performed similarly.
