This lovely clock does it for you. Seems to work really well, got it programmed in just a few minutes. My assumption is that it uses the old schedule for dst and will spring forward eventually.

Expected more from something with the lacrosse technologies name. Also would not connect to the atomic clock. Maybe it's just defective.
