I like everything about it except the first one only lasted about 8 or 9 months before the sending unit failed

Works just fine although the remote transmitter signal gets a little weak at 50 feet

I had to minimize any obstructions between the transmitter and receiver to receive the signal especially when it was cold outside

Still new so im just assessing it but i have noticed that the two units do not register the same temp even when they are next to each other so one of them is off

Notice in this photo that they are both in the house and have acclimated for a few days but dont have the same temp
