I received a candle that looked like it had melted during shipping and the customer service took care of it immediately.

The packaging it comes in is beautiful too.
The candle was so well packed and neatly wrapped.
The packaging was really nice too with a nice quality, soft/satiny olive green ribbon tied around it that i can reuse for other purposes.
Styrofoam is awful for environmental purposes but it served to protect the candle very well the way it was packaged.

It does have a wood wick so i was hoping for the crackling sound that other wood wick candles ive had made but this actually makes a strange whistling sound
