Pros

The printer looks nice, is compact, sturdy and well made. The printed labels look nice and don’t smear.

Cons

It takes me 8-10 prints that are misaligned before i get one good one. The instruction included with the printer is the usually short and not very helpful chinese type instructions.

If it is this difficult to set up it's not worth keeping. It's just another hassle when you’re hoping to get started on label making. Too late to return, so there’s $38 down the drain. Don't waste your money on this super over-priced label maker.

You send in for a code to reset it, the timer runs out and then the email/text comes in late and it wounds up invalid. But no luck on how to fix it.
