If you are in the hunt for a new label printer, i feel that this one is certainly worth having on your list of considerations. It is able to handle my specific needs and the use of an phone app vs. Top notch customer service.

Great print quality and easy to use.
It is versatile and has many font, style and icon options, and produces good quality output.
The print quality is okay, but text, especially smaller fonts don't look too crisp.
I don't need a refund because i was just testing the product.
Packaging/appearance
In fact, the p12 tape can be used in the dymo label makers, but the dymo tape will not work in the p12.
Competitiveness
The product that i am most comparing this with is a dymo letratag model which uses 4 aa batteries.
Its a pritty easy little printer to set up.
The tape used is similar to the dymo letratag tape and is 4m in length.

Because it uses a bluetooth paired app it doesnt need its own keypad and function buttons making it smaller

It takes 6 aa batteries and im a bit disappointed why phomemo didnt add a rechargeable battery instead

The p12 also doesnt have a dc in so you must use it with aa batteries

There are way more ways to customize your labels compared to the limited options you have with brother and dymo

Printing is fast but the strange thing is the labels are printed with the black thermal film coming out with the label which you have to remove

Im not sure if that how dymo label makers functions as well but my brother label maker does not do this
