Pros

I felt fully supported and equipped, now it's easy peasy after all that. The printer quality is great, slim & provides a professional look.

I contacted technical support and they were able to resolve my issue in a few text messages. I am very impressed with their customer support, and it means a lot to me that they had this issue resolved within a week.

Cons

Don't fall for the coupon, just pass this piece of garbage product by and don't bother. The quality is bad. Don't sit on it.

This printer screams quality, and i have no doubts at all it will last a long time for me!

Easy set up and easy to follow troubleshooting directions

With this machine, it's no longer necessary to print and cut paper and then glue multiple layers of scotch tape

It was working great and then it seemed to have randomly stopped working.

Price

I was sceptical about it due to the low price but have so far printed around 1000 labels and it is working like a champ!

So i decided to go for this much cheaper thermal printer.

Shipstation recommends thermal printers that are all in the $200 range--some much more.

This little printer is saving me so much time and energy on shipping labels.

Before i got this, i had an instance where a shipping label was sent to my email and i struggled to print that darn label.

I sent an email to customer service, and they got back to me in about a half an hour.

I do with it would connect directly to pirate ship though on my phone.

Packaging/appearance

From the unpacking to the set-up of the labelrange , printer i was super impressed.

Because the instructions were so easy to follow it took less than 10 mins from the unboxing to actually printing my first label!
